Who Can Apply
Requirements:
- Certified proof of enrollment (not older than 30 days)*
- Completed registration form
- Payment of registration fee after spot confirmation**
*Must include your full name, faculty and university name, and contact information for verification (not required if issued electronically from the e-Government portal with a valid certificate)
**Proof of payment must be sent via email within 7 days of receiving application approval.
Organizers reserve the right to reject applications for justified reasons, including incomplete documentation, violation of rules from previous IGSM editions, or logistical capacity constraints.
Priority Rules
Categories*:
- Participants from current and next hosting countries
- Participants who have never attended an IGSM event
- Participants with fewer prior IGSM participations
*Categories are filled on a first-come, first-served basis
Registration Fees
Students: €130
Seniors: €250

- Full access to all conference sessions and workshops
- One-day trip

- Conference materials and program booklet
- Coffee breaks and lunch during conference days
